The Mike Hackmer Radio Show
The Mike Hackmer Show airs every Sunday afternoon at 12 pm (Eastern Time) on Fairfax Public Access station WEBR (Cox Channel 27) and is streamed online at: www.fcac.org/webr. The Show is dedicated to discussing topics and trends in traditional media, social media, marketing and technology.

During this show I ended up interviewing my daughter, Christine,
on a number of issues including the types of commercials she
enjoys, the kinds of television she watches, Nintendo wii,
violence on television and more. It’s a fun interview and
provides some nice insight into the views of the younger
generation.
January 25, 2009:
During this show I talked about some upcoming conferences
(Marketplaces 2009), technology in the White House, and played
an interview w/ Terence Thomas.
January 18,
2009:
During this show I discussed the DTV conversion, the top 10
or so WordPress plugins that you need for your blog, Twitter and
more.
January 11,
2009:
After getting the New Year started, TMHS rolls into January
talking about the newspaper industry and other topics.
January 4, 2009:
After a Christmas episode during which I played a variety of
Christmas songs, the New Year is kicked off.
December 14, 2008:
The fourth show is in the books. During this show I
replayed an interview with
Nicolas Tolson and discussed networking and the economy.
December 7, 2008:
This show did
not get recorded in its entirety due to a technical error, but over half the
UStream feed is available for viewing.
November 30, 2008:
Interview with
Caroline Allison, Founder and CEO of VISCAPE. We discuss social media, travel and
the upcoming inauguration.
November 23, 2009:
